Injury. We’ve all been there.  It’s no fun.  In fact, I think it’s probably our worst nightmare.  The frustration of being forced to take days, weeks, or even months off and feeling like all your hard work and training up to the injury is slipping away.  Feeling out of shape and out of luck and lost.  We know the devastation.

The good news that most injuries are preventable.  Many are even managable, if caught early.  And even when they are the type that bench you for a while, we’ve got some tips on how to keep your fitness level up, and your rehabilitation as short as possible.

Between the two of us, we’ve seen just about every running injury in the book.  They weren’t fun, but we’ve learned a lot and we want to share everything we know with you.
