It’s an oft heard running phrase, “Run to eat and Eat to run.”  True story.  To run your best you need to eat your best, because what you put into your body will determine what you get out of it.  And you can’t run on empty.

We’ll share some of the foods we use to make sure we get all of the necessary nutrition to get out there and pound pavement day after day, run after rerun.  Plus, we’ll just tell you about some of our favorite treats… some healthy, some a little more splurge-y.  Hey, that’s part of the beauty of running…
